Why Was This Website Created?

We started this website for all weight loss people. Whether you had weight loss surgery or just dieting and exercising. Everyone has the same goal in mind. We want to lose those extra unwanted pounds and become healthier. We often have mentioned helpful URL’s at nutrition and support group meetings. Only to hear “I can never find URL’s like that”!
