Who Are We?

We are not Doctors or Weight Loss Professionals.  We are not experts or claim to be. However we are experienced though.   My wife Marcy will be having laparoscopic Gastric Bypass in March 2nd 2009.  Before deciding on this surgery we, took the time (three years to be exact) to learn about this surgery as well as the other weight loss surgery’s that are available.   We now want to share are knowledge with you.  We’ve come across a lot of people who could really benefit from the URL’s that we have collected.  That is how the homepage was born.  In addition to the homepage we now are launching a blog section.  We will be talking more in depth about the options in weight loss in general and weight loss surgery.  What are the pro’s and con’s of having weight loss surgery.  What diet’s are healthy and which one’s that are not.

I hope we can invite some of professionals in the weight loss industry to write a couple of posts here on Bariatriclinks. Nutritionists, diet experts, fitness trainers and doctors. More importantly other WLS patients.  Post ops who can inspire pre ops or people just wanting to lose weight.  There are some great blogs out there (as you can see on our homepage) we welcome anybody to write a guest post.  Are you interested in blogging here?  Send us an e-mail.  Of course you will get full credit for your post and you are allowed to link back to your own website or blog if you have one.  If you don’t have either of those and would like to attract an audience for what you have to say then send an e-mail to us. Just like with the links we will consider posting any story sent.
